Project Overview

Alya City rises in the Veliefendi neighbourhood of Zeytinburnu, on Istanbul's European side, in a central location close to the E-5 motorway, the Kennedy Avenue coastal road, the Eurasia Tunnel and the TEM motorway. It is built by BOSS4 İnşaat on a project area of 128,259 m², with 778 apartments in 12 blocks set around inner gardens and walking paths: 85 1+1 apartments, 282 2+1 apartments with an open kitchen, 285 2+1 apartments with a closed kitchen and 126 3+1 apartments with a closed kitchen. Many 2+1 and 3+1 plans have a master bedroom with its own bathroom, and some 3+1 plans add a dressing room. Residents have an indoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, a sauna and steam room, a children's playroom, a PlayStation room, a meeting room, an events hall, open-air sports grounds and covered parking, and cafés and shops line Alya Meydan, the pedestrian street of the project.
