Referans Pendik

Project Overview

Referans Pendik is taking shape in Pendik, on Istanbul's Asian side, on a hillside looking out over the Sea of Marmara, Pendik marina and the Princes' Islands, with Gözdağı Grove behind it and a public park next door. It is developed by Kiler GYO, the listed real estate investment company behind İstanbul Sapphire, in partnership with İLBANK. The project covers 78,620 m² and is planned as a low-rise neighbourhood: 686 homes from 2+1 to 4+1, including 3.5+1 homes with a maid's room, garden-floor homes with private gardens and duplexes, set in 35,000 m² of landscaping with a pond with bridges, ornamental pools, fountains and cascades, flower and fruit gardens, pergolas, a grassy event lawn, cycling and walking tracks, open-air sports areas and a playground in every part of the project. Residents have an indoor swimming pool in a glass pavilion, a fully equipped fitness centre, a sauna and a Turkish bath, and a closed car park with a space for every home, and a commercial street with shops, cafés and restaurants runs along the entrance. The M4 Kadıköy–Sabiha Gökçen metro, buses and the E-5 motorway are 50 m away, Pendik Marmaray station 2 km, Sabiha Gökçen Airport and the TEM motorway 10 km, and several hospitals, among them VM Medical Park, Medipol University Hospital and Şifa Hospital, about 2 km. The project is under construction and sales are under way. The project is eligible for Turkish citizenship.
