Is the tour free?

Yes — the tour is completely free, with no obligation to buy.

Do I need to install a new app?

No. We use the app you already have: WhatsApp, FaceTime, Zoom or Google Meet. We call you directly or send you the call link.

How long does the tour take?

Usually 30 to 45 minutes; it can run longer depending on your questions and the number of projects you want to see.

Can my family join the call?

Of course — several people can join on Zoom, Google Meet or a WhatsApp group call.

Which languages are available?

Our advisors give the tour in Arabic, English and Turkish.

What if I need to change the time?

Reply to your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp, and we will set a new time that suits you.

Can I see more than one project in the same tour?

Yes — choose every project you are interested in when booking and we will plan the tour so you see them all.

Can I buy straight after the tour?

We advise visiting Istanbul to see the project yourself before completing a purchase. The tour helps you decide what suits you before you travel, and we arrange your visit when you are ready.
