Project Overview

Vadi Panorama is being built in a green valley of Başakşehir, between Kayaşehir Nation's Garden and Şamlar Nature Park, with the northern forests of Istanbul on one side and the city on the other. The project is delivered with the guarantee of Emlak Konut, the listed real estate investment company whose main shareholder is TOKİ, Turkey's public housing administration, and is built in partnership with Binbay and Enam. It brings together 268 homes and 26 shops: apartments from 2+1 to 5+1, many with private garden use or wide terraces, and 12 detached villas of 5+1 over three floors, each with its own garden. Inside, every home comes with a smart home system in all rooms, electric shutters, wind-resistant window frames, A+ built-in kitchen appliances, underfloor heating, high-quality ceramic floors and fully tiled bathrooms, ceramic kitchen worktops, a private Turkish bath (hamam) within the bathroom, silk-matt lacquered doors and furniture, and ceilings 2.90 metres high. Around the homes, swimming pools, sports areas, children's play areas and wide landscaped gardens are designed for every age. Kayaşehir Merkez metro station, Başakşehir City Square and Başakşehir Çam and Sakura City Hospital are nearby, with direct links to the TEM motorway, the North Marmara Motorway and Istanbul Airport. The project is under construction, with delivery scheduled for December 2028 and a payment plan of 40% down and the balance over 48 months.
